SUPERVISOR DE SERVICIO (LOS CABOS)

Resumen de funciones :

El supervisor de Servicio trabajará de forma práctica con la plantilla de mecanicos prestar servicios y asistencia tanto a cuentas nuevas como a cuentas ya consolidadas. Este puesto t e brindará la oportunidad de conocer nuevos clientes y coordinar la operación técnica de servicio preventivo y correctivo .

En un día normal tendrás que:

• Garantizar todos los aspectos de la seguridad en campo

• Reunirte con los clientes para garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones

• Dirigir la ejecución de las operaciones de mantenimiento en campo y de los servicios contractuales

• Capacitar a los técnicos en campo

• Mantener la garantía de calidad al cliente, gestionando el gasto de mano de obra y materiales.

• Mejorar la eficacia, gestionando los horarios de las rutas y los índices de devolución de llamadas

• Proporcionar apoyo técnico, participando en la estimación de ventas / propuestas según sea necesario

• Autorizar órdenes de reparación y dar seguimiento asu realización

• Dirigir el cambiohaciauna mayor eficacia y comunicación

¡Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito!

• Preferente: Ing. Mecánica / Ing. Eléctrica / Ing. Industrial o Ing. Mecatrónica.

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puesto similar con administración de personal a su cargo.

• Manejo de Office en especial Excel, Share Point, Power BI y OneDrive

• Preferente conocimientos técnicos en elevadores y escaleras eléctricas.

• Conocimientos en Electricidad, Mecánica y Electrónica.
