WorkSource Oregon Restaurant Manager in BAKER CITY, Oregon
Salaried position (Salary depends on experience) 40+ hours per week Requirements: * Minimum 2 years line cook experience. * Manager experience preferred/not required. * Must have knowledge of restaurant daily duties. * Basic knowledge of record keeping. * Waitstaff experience preferred/not required. * Availability to cover shifts as needed. * Ability to work at fast pace. * Money handling experience preferred. * Oregon Food Handlers Card / OLCC Required (2 weeks to obtain after hired) Job Duties: * Verify/Balance Daily sales and deposits. * Prepare schedule. * Order supplies for restaurant multiple times weekly. * Perform all dishwasher / waitstaff / cook / cashier duties as needed. * Assist with off-site meal catering as needed. * Maintain equipment/supplies. * Maintain employee Food Handlers/ OLCC records. * Problem solving/conflict resolutions. * Remain reachable by phone to solve problems. * Keep restaurant clean and operational.
