Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Office Clerk in Bakersfield, CA! Responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office.
4-5-month project
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/HR
DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be Bilingual
Excellent Oral Communication Skills
Must be computer proficient to type work orders and contracts
Answering phones, communicating the job orders with the landscapers
Scheduling appointments for the event center and for customer calling for quotes.
Review contracts to make sure signatures are all there
Will be taking credit card information for deposits
Will review progress of jobs and will keep in contact with the customers
