TMNA Services LLC IT Manager in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania

Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and overall performance of the department. Coordinate and manage planned change initiatives and operations. Manage testing and support production activities in order to deliver high quality to production. Act as the Quality Services departments' point of contact for designated operational areas related to business facing applications. Manage and support packaged applications. Provide detailed work estimates to the project management team and drive them to completion. Review design specification documents and analyze their impact across the application landscape. Set priorities and provide guidance and strategic direction, driving several projects simultaneously. Participate in the negotiation of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensure SLAs are met. Lead improvement efforts if/when SLAs are not met. Perform data reconciliations between multiple source systems to the target system. Work with testing complex integrations across legacy platforms developed in C#.net, VB.net, and modern platform applications, including Guidewire, Policy Decision, and Salesforce; software quality assurance and testing; analyzing business requirements, system requirement specifications, functional requirement specifications, and design documents to formulate test plans, test strategies, and test cases; testing Azure integration services and webmethods; service oriented architecture, including APIs, Web 2.0, and micro services; ImageRight 6.x with participation in multiple upgrade projects; writing complex SQL queries using SQL Server 2008, 2012, and 2016; project management within the insurance domain, including planning, scheduling, and execution to deliver quality; legacy insurance platforms, including AQS advantage and Rapidsure; new Insurance products, including Guidewire, Duckcreek, Policy Decisions, and Salesforce; migrating legacy platforms to newer insurance platforms; multiple test management tools, including ADO, ALM, and Jira; creating dashboards to track project progress, monitor work quality, and deliver projects on time; and, implementing P&C insurance products along with integrating policies, claims, and billing systems using Azure APIM.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or a related field of study, plus five (5) years of experience with testing complex integrations across legacy platforms developed in C#.net, VB.net, and modern platform applications, including Guidewire, Policy Decision, and Salesforce; software quality assurance and testing; analyzing business requirements, system requirement specifications, functional requirement specifications, and design documents to formulate test plans, test strategies, and test cases; testing Azure integration services and webmethods; service oriented architecture, including APIs, Web 2.0, and micro services; ImageRight 6.x with participation in multiple upgrade projects; writing complex SQL queries using SQL Server 2008, 2012, and 2016; project management within the insurance domain, including planning, scheduling, and execution to deliver quality; legacy insurance platforms, including AQS advantage and Rapidsure; new Insurance products, including Guidewire, Duckcreek, Policy Decisions, and Salesforce; migrating legacy platforms to newer insurance platforms; multiple test management tools, including ADO, ALM, and Jira; creating dashboards to track project progress, monitor work quality, and deliver projects on time; and, implementing P&C insurance products along with integrating policies, claims, and billing systems using Azure APIM.
