TMNA Services LLC Programmer III in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania
Perform analysis, requirements gathering, design, configuration, and technical implementation of Guidewire Suite. Create architectural designs of functional enhancements. Develop and maintain SDLC artifacts. Research, evaluate, and provide input on potential solutions taking into consideration project, constraints, organizational architecture standards, customer business processes, and emerging technologies. Participate in the development of work items, estimates, schedules, and plans to meet business needs. Work collaboratively with architects, technical leads, QA teams, and subject matter experts of the various upstream and downstream systems in the design and development of solutions to meet business needs. Participate in on-going production support and maintenance for implemented Guidewire applications. Provide resolution of support and maintenance tickets per established SLAs. Develop procedures and queries for data analysis and reports. Establish and build strong working relationships and partnerships with Business Units and Management. Work with Java (J2EE); GOSU; SQL Server; writing and executing GUnit test cases; object oriented design and programming; developing and consuming web-services; Guidewire PolicyCenter Insurance Suite 7.x and 10.x as configuration and integration; Guidewire PolicyCenter different lines of business and product models; threaded processes in Guidewire; migrating insurance policy administration systems to Guidewire Insurance Suite; eliciting, defining, and documenting required business functionality and non-functional requirements; implementing new and enhanced J2EE applications into a production environment; SOA principles, design patterns, implementation methodologies, and tools; software development lifecycle methodologies for planning and executing application development, enhancement, and support; scripting languages and tools for creating event-driven, interactive web pages; and, designing and developing paper-based and online technical reference documentation, guidelines, standards, procedures, processes, and applications.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any), or a related field of study, plus five (5) years of experience with Java (J2EE); GOSU; SQL Server; writing and executing GUnit test cases; object oriented design and programming; developing and consuming web-services; Guidewire PolicyCenter Insurance Suite 7.x and 10.x as configuration and integration; Guidewire PolicyCenter different lines of business and product models; threaded processes in Guidewire; migrating insurance policy administration systems to Guidewire Insurance Suite; eliciting, defining, and documenting required business functionality and non-functional requirements; implementing new and enhanced J2EE applications into a production environment; SOA principles, design patterns, implementation methodologies, and tools; software development lifecycle methodologies for planning and executing application development, enhancement, and support; scripting languages and tools for creating event-driven, interactive web pages; and, designing and developing paper-based and online technical reference documentation, guidelines, standards, procedures, processes, and applications.
