We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Financial Reporting in Baldwin Park, California. This role involves overseeing the accurate and timely recognition of revenue in accordance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing and interpreting contract terms and conditions, performing detailed analysis of revenue transactions, and preparing financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Review customer contracts and assess their financial implications for revenue recognition.

• Collaborate with sales, legal, and operations teams to analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions.

• Perform detailed analysis of revenue transactions, including multiple element arrangements, software licenses, subscriptions, and service contracts.

• Identify and resolve revenue recognition issues, including deferrals, accruals, and revenue adjustments.

• Participate in the development and improvement of revenue recognition policies, procedures, and controls.

• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reporting.

• Prepare financial statements and related disclosures in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support for financial audits.

• Perform financial analysis and variance explanations to support management decision-making.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and financial reporting requirements.

• Provide guidance and training to cross-functional teams on revenue recognition principles, financial reporting, and compliance.

Requirements

Bilingual Mandarin is MUST

• Demonstrated proficiency in ASC 606

• Extensive experience in Company Revenue Recognition

• Knowledge of Revenue Recognition Accounting

• Proficiency in using Excel Formulas

• Familiarity with Pivot Table and VLOOKUP functions in Excel

• Experience in Audit - Financial

• Familiarity with Annual Financial Reporting

• Experience in preparing Audited Financial Statements

• Knowledge of IPO processes

• Proficiency in using NetSuite software

• Knowledge of IFRS Accounting

• Understanding of US GAAP and GAAP Accounting

• Proficiency in Financial Modeling
