As an Oracle Enterprise Account Executive , you will be focused on Enterprise business accounts within your assigned territory. You will have a proven track record of exceeding quota in technology sales and be a motivated and tenacious self-starter who is comfortable selling to C level execs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Selling Oracle Communications cloud solutions for billing and customer experience to prospective and new mid market customers

  • Responsible and accountable for achieving allocated quarterly and annual sales quota for license and first year maintenance.

  • Identify and qualify opportunities within your account territory

  • Prospect, forecast, resource allocation and planning of new business deals

  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating and maintaining satisfied customers.

  • Participate in the creation, presentation and sales of a complete value proposition via the telephone, internet, webinar and customer meetings

  • Evangelize the Oracle vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives.

  • Manage complete and complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives the value of the full suite of applications

  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sale as require

  • Deliver outstanding results through cross team collaboration

Qualifications and experience required:

  • 5 years of experience in solution software sales, preferably within SaaS, billing, accounting/ERP applications, CRM, business intelligence or any other software solutions.

  • Demonstrable track record of consistent over-achievement of quota’s and revenue goals

  • Leverage inbound lead flow and create new opportunities from personal prospecting efforts, utilizing contact, existing accounts and being creative with sales tools provided

  • Evidence of leveraging partners and alliances to grow the pipeline and to secure the engagement process with customers

  • Strong international experience whether through professional or personal history

  • Experience in managing complex sales-cycles using clear and repeatable sales methodologies and demonstrated ownership of territory and account management.

  • Outstanding communication negotiation, presentation and solution selling skills in order to manage complex organizations

  • A proven ability to effectively identify and sell to C-level execs.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, evolving and dynamic environment

  • Track record of leveraging relationships in accounts to drive sales.

  • Good English skills (written and spoken)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
