As an Oracle Enterprise Account Executive ,

you will be focused on Enterprise business accounts within your assigned

territory. You will have a proven track record of exceeding quota in technology

sales and be a motivated and tenacious self-starter who is comfortable selling

to C level execs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Selling OracleCommunications cloud solutions for billing and customer experience toprospective and new mid market customers

  • Responsible andaccountable for achieving allocated quarterly and annual sales quota forlicense and first year maintenance.

  • Identify andqualify opportunities within your account territory

  • Prospect,forecast, resource allocation and planning of new business deals

  • Forecast salesactivity and revenue achievement while creating and maintaining satisfiedcustomers.

  • Participate in thecreation, presentation and sales of a complete value proposition via thetelephone, internet, webinar and customer meetings

  • Evangelize the Oraclevision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and accountspecific initiatives.

  • Manage completeand complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives the valueof the full suite of applications

  • Negotiate pricingand contractual terms to close sale as require

  • Deliveroutstanding results through cross team collaboration

Qualifications andexperience required:

  • 5 years of experience insolution software sales, preferably within SaaS, billing, accounting/ERPapplications, CRM, business intelligence or any other software solutions.

  • Demonstrable track record ofconsistent over-achievement of quota’s and revenue goals

  • Leverage inbound lead flowand create new opportunities from personal prospecting efforts, utilizingcontact, existing accounts and being creative with sales tools provided

  • Evidence of leveragingpartners and alliances to grow the pipeline and to secure the engagementprocess with customers

  • Strong internationalexperience whether through professional or personal history

  • Experience in managingcomplex sales-cycles using clear and repeatable sales methodologies anddemonstrated ownership of territory and account management.

  • Outstanding communicationnegotiation, presentation and solution selling skills in order to managecomplex organizations

  • A proven ability toeffectively identify and sell to C-level execs.

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, evolving and dynamic environment

  • Track record of leveragingrelationships in accounts to drive sales.

  • Good English skills (written and spoken)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
