Erickson Living Central Billing Office Payment Processor in Baltimore, Maryland

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a talented and ambitious individual interested in joining our team. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, and rewarding position as a Central Billing Office Payment Processor. This individual will be responsible for all cash posting, denial tracking and contractual write-offs within the central billing department.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience paying up to $24.00/hr

How you will make an impact:

  • Verifies payments and matches outstanding balances; reconciles payments and shortages

  • Knowledge of third party accounts receivable, patient account systems and cash receipts a plus

  • Data entry skills

  • Ability to work under tight time schedules

  • Other duties as assigned by department lead

What you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • One year cash posting experience preferably in a healthcare environment preferred

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
