OneMain Financial Facilities Support Specialist in Baltimore, Maryland

The Facilities Support Specialist will support any branch maintenance needs by responding to branch issues, placing work orders with third party vendors, following up on service, and tracking service in internal systems.

In the Role

  • Intake of tickets occur by phone and email; must balance work load based on priority and keep the field in the loop with progress.

  • Provides support for branch network remodels, moves, and closes.

  • Decisions regarding branch facilities nationwide in the areas of maintenance; must exercise good judgment in problem/issue resolution.

  • Use discretion in dealing with highly sensitive information.

  • Maintains Appropriate Position Documentation.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned by Management.

  • Must be able to work within a team environment and independently.

Requirements

  • High School / GED

  • Proficient in basic MS office applications

Location: Evansville, IN & Baltimore, MD – Onsite
