Work you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex operational software systems.

• Develop and update analytics, algorithms, scripts, data processing, procedures, documentation, security features, metrics collection, reporting functions, or any other aspect of maintaining the operations of the operational system.

• Review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and document results.

• Investigate and resolve software 'problem reports.

• Utilize software development and design methodologies appropriate to the development environment and consistent with DevOps objectives.

• Provide specific input to the software components of system design, including hardware/software trade-offs, reuse, use of Off-the- shelf products in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.

• Work individually or as a part of a team.

The Application Modernization and Innovation offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large-scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) & other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Application Modernization and Innovation offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business. We provide operational value, modernized mission solutions, and enhanced technology innovation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline required

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

• Must be willing to work onsite five days/week

• Three years of experience in software development/engineering

Preferred:

• Previous experience with PeopleSoft HRMS Portal Pack and PeopleSoft Modules Functional testing preferred.

• Previous experience with JIRA preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in software development/engineering preferred.
