Overview
T. Rowe Price seeks a Sr. Software Engineer in Baltimore, MD to:
Create and maintain complex technical solutions and a suite of next-generation, cloud-native applications.
Responsible to plan, implement, and develop large-scale, enterprise-level distributed applications in support of Corporate Technology platforms.
Contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, solution design, and application development and deployment of applications to production.
Leads a small team of developers, including conducting design and code reviews.
Requirements
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field plus 5+ years of progressively responsible development experience.
Requires 5+ years of experience in developing cloud native applications in .net technologies like C#, ASP.net [asp.net] MVC, .net Core and development experience using Agile methodologies.
5+ years of experience in developing microservices and with code management practices (Git) and automated CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or Gitlab CI).
5+ years of experience using and deploying AWS cloud services like S3, ECS, EC2, Fargate, CloudWatch, CloudFront, Lambda and using relational databases like SQL, Oracle, Postgres and developing using entity framework.
3+ years of experience in the development of web applications using Angular / reactJs, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, JQuery, and Javascript.
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to three days a week.
