Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a dynamic HR team. This role involves providing comprehensive recruiting and HR support in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, managing pre-hire processes, conducting reference and background checks, and collaborating on job ads and postings. The role demands partnering with senior specialists to source and screen candidates, building pipelines for current and future vacancies, and engaging in full-cycle recruitment for specific positions. Additionally, the specialist will handle employment verification, stay updated on hiring regulations, manage candidate records, and conduct onboarding sessions. This position also supports employees affected by workforce reductions and participates in special employment projects, with occasional administrative duties.

Hard Skills

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Baltimore, Maryland and some days remote.
