Aspen Medical MARKETING, GROWTH AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER in Bandung, Indonesia

SCOPE OF WORK

The MARKETING, GROWTH AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER main roles are:

  • Lead, design, develop, and implement comprehensive marketing solutions, campaigns, and initiatives from ideation to execution.

  • Partner with internal stakeholder and leadership, providing guidance and functional support to ensure optimal and strategic marketing delivery across assigned brand, programs and/or projects.

  • Brand leadership and brand stewardship – as a shared and mutual responsibility across the marketing function.

  • Produce all work with quality and accuracy within allocated budget and adhering to agreed timeframes.

    Day-to-day activities of the MARKETING, GROWTH AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER are:

  • Promote ethical behavior and alignment with the company’s purpose.

  • The role will develop, lead and advance:

  • Marketing strategies and tactics to achieve business/financial objectives and elevate the profile and differentiation of the company, brand, and/or business line(s) as indicated.

  • Ownership and leadership across all areas of marketing involvement, inclusive of; brand, advertising, materials/collateral, asset development, digital marketing and online platforms, meeting and events.

  • People leadership responsibilities consistent with assigned role responsibilities and in consideration of business need(s). Manage direct reports to ensure a cohesive and collaborative marketing delivery across the team and in support of assigned brand(s), programs, and/or projects.

  • Reporting and use of analytics as indicated to inform decision making and illustrate return on investment.

  • Monitor effectiveness of specific programs against commercial objectives.

  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

  • Keep informed of current marketing strategies and trends. Proactively highlight innovation opportunities as these arise.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as required by the business and assigned by Line Manager.

    SELECTION CRITERIA:

     

  • 5+ years marketing experience, including 3+ years as Marketing Manager.

  • Marketing experience in Business-to-Business and/or business-to-government setting.

  • Degree and/or graduate qualification in marketing (or near adjacent field) .

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.

  • People leadership experience.

  • Applied experience in foundational marketing skill set areas, including: brand, positioning, messaging, design and copywriting.

  • Requires initiative and ability to organize, together with the ability to utilize creative marketing techniques.

  • Strong organizational skill, including the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.

  • Highly developed communication (written and oral), presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Preferably experience in health and/or healthcare delivery.

  • Preferably experience and skills within integrated, multi-channel marketing.

  • Preferably experience and skills in lead generation, lead development, digital marketing  and CRM marketing.

  • Preferably experience and skill in SEO and SEM.
