Roles & Responsibilities:
Fluids systems experience including water system & Liquid fuel system, Designs may be built to print, build to spec, build to BOM
Ownership of safety, performance, cost, and reliability for the total fluid system and integrated equipment including skids, piping, pumps, valves, filtration, cable and cable tray, & instrumentation enabling generator operation
P&ID and Device Summary (Instrumentation) Creation and Modification in AVEVA Diagram & AVEVA Engineering Tool
Should have experience in preparation of Ordering Specification/Modification Kit
Should have very good experience in Preparing FMI (Field Modification Instruction manual).
Support new unit requisition equipment design tasks & expediting approvals, cost out design tasks, NCR (nonconformances) quality issues by updating standard drawings and bills of material, review and resolve supplier deviation request (SDR) and field issues (ER cases), release design information and close tasks and/or document/drawing release
Added advantage if experienced from GT/ST – Generator Accessories Systems from Combined Cycle Power Plant
Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Mechanical with 8+ Years of experience from Thermal /Aero/Simple/Combined Cycle Power Plant Experience
