Main Functions:

Responsible for all aspects of Engineering Application Admin Support within assigned project scope

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with Teams and respective leads to understand the requirement and design specifications to implement accordingly.

• Configuration and Customization of Isometric template and drawing view style.

• Configuration and Customization of Standard Reports Templates Customization

• Managing User Access and Rights by coordinating with customers and vendors.

• Perform Application Maintenance for a better performance of the Application

• Define Application Backup Configuration and backup on a regular duration

• Support on Application Upgrade/ Merging on need basis

• Supporting New Projects and Expansion Projects

• Project creation and merging

• Project Kick-offs and Meetings to go over the expectations with Project Managers

• Following up with vendors/customer's or IT Team on the service requests

• Overviewing and maintaining an application architecture

• Maintaining required Plant Breakdown Structure (P-B-S) in application

• Creation of RDB catalogue specification whenever require

• Facilitate a training to the users whenever require

• Troubleshooting the users and S3D related issues

• Implement processes and procedure to perform the task in S3D

• Perform the close out and delivery activities

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• communication skills in English to facilitate working with team located all over the globe

• Ability to setup new project into S3D

• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL, S3D, SPR Navisworks, MicroStation, AutoCAD, Smart sketch.

• Good knowledge about S3D data flow architecture

• Good Knowledge about S3D metadata

• Good knowledge about SQL Databases

• Ability to create Labels and reports using SQL queries

• Ability to customize custom attributes, surface view styles, into S3D

• Ability to priorities and organize admin activities and delivered multiple Task

• Good knowledge of codes/standards, piping material specifications, valve material specification and its considerations, also corresponding engineering drawings (PID, GAD, Layout etc.)

• Ability to create view styles, graphic rules label rules

• Creation of Fabrication isometric, WBS isometric, Stress isometric.

• Ability to create custom Catalogue and specification from PMS

• Good knowledge about Migration and upgradation of databases

• Ability to setup Interference clash Check, Batch Manager server and Rule checker service

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 7+ years of working experience as a S3D Administrator
