Job Title: Analyst - Supplier Product Quality Support, FS
Summary:This position will support FS Supplier Product Quality Management in ensuring timely delivery of agreed /adhoc reporting/activities through effective coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
Responsibilities Include:
Tasks and responsibilities of the position:
Supplier Product Quality Complaints
Lead high level product complaint investigation with site quality
Communicate with suppliers to get the effective feedback of defects
Review all the product complaint handling status and follow up with site quality
Monitor the product complaints closure rate
Work with SC/Proc. for claim compensation handling, to follow up material return process
Ensure all documents of product complaints are maintained in SAP and closed on time
Raw Material OOS Inflow
Track and monitor RM reject in FS sites & document the root cause
Escalate RM rejects caused by internal issues and root causes to GSQL
Regular review with sites to reduce internal issues (Spec misalignment, Wrong SAP data, etc.)
Raw Material Inventory
Monitor and ensure site team follow the Reject RM Return Process
Work with Sites to improve Expiration Raw Materials handling
Others
Follow up FS supplier audit status
Support/lead supplier improvement project
Regular review of product supplier performance with site quality and cross functional
Decision Making Authority:
Medium
Responsible for making communication decisions regarding how and when to follow up to best ensure supplier response. Make decisions regarding when to escalate.
Key Metrics Role is Accountable For:
Ensure accuracy of the process/activities being handled. Work closely with the Global Supplier Quality Leader and local line manager in ensuring timely and quality service to business and improve the assigned Quality metrics –complaint rate/closure rate, RM reject etc.
Key Relationships:
Global / Site Quality Team, External/Internal Vendors, Supply Chain, Procurement, CSR, IT and Finance

Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with major in Chemistry
Prior experience of 4-7 years with min. 3 years quality experience working in a manufacturing site pref. chemical setting
Understanding of quality tools, such as: fish-bone, 5why, C&E required
Advanced SAP, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge
Good English language skills (oral and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills – demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global, matrix environment
Demonstrated ability to meet work and project deadlines producing high quality output
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables
Quality, Supply Chain or Procurement experience will be a plus
ISO 9001 internal auditor certification would be a plus
