Team Overview:

A role within Corporate Security Asia means working with a team dedicated to protecting the Target team, guests, property, and brand. You will use our comprehensive understanding and management of evolving security risks to protect our Target community throughout the world. You may support mission by generating intelligence & awareness, ensuring protective security, providing incident response, Physical Security and Safety & continuity procedures in the event of incidents or crisis.

Job Description

Building Security

  • Support operational readiness & emergency response protocols

  • Ensure implementation of effective security measures at site such as collaborate with Embassy security team for conducting mock Drills, simulation exercises, benchmarking.

  • Forster collaboration with internal/external stakeholders to enhance security protocols.

  • Ensure to have 100% back ground verification for security staff deployed at site.

  • Responsively address and resolve team member’s inquiries and concern.

Security Technology & Automation

  • Provide technical support for Access Control System ensuring their optimal functioning (Reporting of ACS, CCTV and raising CSC Tickets end to end support)

  • Stay up to date with the technology advancements and support the integration of new security technologies and maintenance of security equipment’s.

  • Design floor plans, prepare BOQ and coordinate with security technology vendors for end to end implementation of access control system at sites.

  • Executes all Target India Access policies and procedures that are implemented.

  • Introduce innovative perspectives and technologies to the team focusing on automation projects to replace traditional processes.

  • Owns the integrity of security systems by performing monthly audits. Runs special reports on requests of authorized personnel.

Guardforce Management Support

  • Provide end to end support and co-coordination with security vendor and TII finance teams for timely payments, Ensure to update Monthly beeline in system, accuracy in MDR, attendance and monthly security services invoicing.

  • Works with CSSA Specialists to ensure that third-party security guards meet Target standards.

  • Managing the hand scheduling of third party contract security staff.

  • Organize monthly training session and maintain accountability with contract guard services to ensure adherence to training standards and maintain accountability with contract guard services for the training provided.

Emergency Response and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with stakeholders, arrange Emergency response Training sessions, keeping in-touch with ERT members on regular basis and managing co-ordination.

  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with CSSA stakeholders.

  • Provide guidance to the team members in executing tasks acc. to SOP’s.

Procurement Support

  • Provide timely support on CSSA requirements as per budget such as ID badge printing requirements and address any other team requirement efficiently.

Event Security Support

  • Provide support to Target events and ensure safety and security of team members throughout event.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education/certification.

  • Four to six years of relevant work experience within physical security, crisis management, or team leadership.

  • Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Above average computer hardware and software knowledge.

  • Ability to interact in a friendly, emphatic, and professional manner.

  • Detail oriented with an ability to prioritize.

  • Strong decision making ability during both crisis and non-crisis situations.

  • Ability to multi-task and use various resources to proactively identify and resolve issues.

  • Trustworthy to work with highly confidential information.

  • Provide life-saving actions, including CPR and other first aid.

  • Flexibility to work a set schedule and adjust as business needs dictate, with regular attendance and on-call capability necessary.
