Job Summary:

The TCoE Leader, leads testing center of excellence (TCoE). TCoE aims to deliver and accelerate Testing Automation for back-office IT applications resulting in increased speed to market for IT Projects/changes.

Responsibilities:

· Leader of the TCoE organization, managing and leading multiple test projects on time, budget & quality

· Manage & align test strategies with stake holders & partners in product development, process teams.

· Define KPI’s for TCoE, Define Governance framework and bring alignment with global stakeholders.

· Develop test automation architects acoverage andfy the new technological requirements for automation that enables better test coverage, scope.

· Increase the level of Automation of existing testing scripts, bring in more applications in testing automation scope, and deliver continuous improvement in existing testing processes.

· Understand the application(s) platforms and identify the technological needs for testing automation, engage stakeholders to mitigate needs.

· Should be a strong advocate for product quality and team’s work on software verification & validation through metrics & KPI’s.

· Hiring the right talents and building capability through strategic projects, stretching assignments, developing new roles for the teams.

· Responsible for conducting periodic performance reviews for the teams. Goals & objectives, career developments, competency development

· Ensure high engagement of team members.

Qualifications\Technical Skills:

· Must hold a bachelor's or Master of Science degree program.

· Overall, 15+ years of software testing experience in with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of test management experience.

· Extensive experience in prominent test automation and test reporting tools.

· Extensive experience with automated build/deployment tools, such as GitLab or Jenkins is desired.

· Extensive knowledge in test automation frameworks aligning to current market & technological needs.

· Extensive knowledge in software development and project delivery approaches like Agile, Waterfall.

· Ability to work independently and drive the team in ambiguity and lay clear road maps.

· Strong level of ownership, accountability of team’s work.

· Ability to partner and work with globally dispersed team.

· Ability to work aligning to company’s purpose, driving process & policies for HR & Financials.
