Diageo Manager - Content, Influencer and Advocacy in Bangalore, India

Job Description :

Culture

• Ownership of developing the culture strategy for the brands via the passions points of music, cinema, arts, sports, OTT, creators/celebs/influencers, events and experientials. Work on strategies to drive engagement & reach with partnerships. Showcase culture experitse & knowledge to built topicality & virality in oranic content.

• Leads planning & creation for key campiagns & collaborations to engage with target consumers and to build brand imagery.

• Unlock opportunities with different content platforms to explore brand integration opportunities that help build purpose and a competitive advantage for the business.

• Create multi-format, non-ATL communication across brands, driving higher-than-benchmark engagement at cost efficiency.

• Continue to add to the culture network and ecosystem for Diageo; bringing outside-in thinking, leveraging relationships with content creators, influencers, publishing platforms, Bollywood and regional cinema networks, sports, music as well as art channels.

Brand PR/Earned media

• Work closely with the brand teams to develop quarterly advocacy strategies. Be the SPOC for brands-related media and communication engagement.

• Maintain visibility for the marketing leadership team and establish them as key opinion leaders

• Help with regional PR support for all major activations across brands.

• Execute crisis communication modules to handle brand reputation risk in challenged scenarios.

Influencer strategy

• Strategise and execute a high ROI influencer strategy that aligns with the brands' platforms.

• Ensure that the campaigns help build brands voice in culture.

Purposeful commitments

• Help further organization’s global agenda of building brands with purpose through: Responsible drinking, Inclusion and diversity, Sustainability.

People and organisation

• Be compliant with self-service platforms related to learning, communication, compliance etc.

• Maintain the product training/ awareness initiatives planned for stakeholders.

Planning and compliance • Be willing to learn about the alco-bev ecosystem and the laws around it.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory body compliances on product first communication to ensure effective compliance.
