  5. Relevant certifications on Network Security and MS Uthentication Products such as Palo Alto & Checkpoint and Microsoft Azure AD (ACTIVE DIRECTORY) (CISSP, CCNP Security, CCIE Security) and Microsoft Azure AD will be considered a plus

  6. +5 years of experience under Networking & Security areas

  7. Fluent in English Regional Summary

  8. AOA = Asia, Oceania, Pacific Islands, Middle East and Africa Regions

  9. GCR = Greater China Region

Position Summary

As a Regional Product Owner in Network Protection, you will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of our network products solutions, with a focus on Security Gateways Personal connectivity and Active Directory Services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable product features and enhancements, ensuring the delivery of robust and effective solutions that meet the needs of our organization and customers.

As part of our AOA/GCR Connectivity & Voice Regional team, you will:

  1. Act as the Single Point of Contact for Network Protection core Products orchestrating Projects, Incidents, changes and Compliance on Firewalls, Personal Connectivity and Authentication & Directory Services products

  2. Good knowledge of Firewalls, Personal Connectivity (VPNaaS, secure web browsing, SSLVPN), and Microsoft Active Directory & EntraID

  3. Good Understanding on Active Directory Administrator and Security Including Azure AD Services

  4. Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience working in Agile development environments.

  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex problems, synthesize information, and make data-driven decisions.

A Day in the Life of Network Protection - Product Owner AOA/GCR

Planning and Prioritization:

  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market analysis, and business objectives.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct user research, and define user stories and acceptance criteria.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Global engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product releases.

  • Facilitate communication and alignment between internal teams, external partners, and customers to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction.

Product Development and Execution:

  • Drive the development and execution of product initiatives, including feature definition, sprint planning, and release management.

  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.

Customer Engagement and Feedback:

  • Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and solicit input for future product enhancements.

  • Act as a customer advocate within Nestlé organization, championing their needs and priorities to ensure receiver-centric product development.

What will make you successful?

  1. Proven experience as a solution architect or similar role, with a focus on network security and protection.

  2. Expertise in firewall technologies, Personal Connectivity services.

  3. Good Understanding of Active Directory administration and Security Services Including Azure AD

  4. In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and IP addressing.

  5. Good analytical, problem-solving, Incident management skills.

  6. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  7. Practical experience working in DevOps organizations with applied Agile methodologies (SCRUM)

  8. Good organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time.
