Sartorius Production Engineer in Bangalore, India
The holder of this position will oversee the daily production plans within defined timelines and quality standards to meet.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Review of drawings for manufacturing feasibility
.Work allocations to team members.
Monitoring of team performance and KPI review on weekly basis and ensure achievement of targets
Identify training needs for team and enhance there technical skills.
Educate and Maintain the discipline of team members.
Align resources with production plans on a daily basis & Check production plans and fulfillment
Provide effective and constructive feedback to production staff and suggest corrective actions if needed to ensure production plans are fulfilled
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with minimum 4 years in bioprocess equipment manufacturing industries / Diploma with 4 years' experience in bioprocess equipment manufacturing industrie
Expertise in SAP PP module is required.
Proven experience of working in a similar environment
Effective leadership skills — finding the balance between drawing a line and mindfulness
Ability to trouble shoot.
Ability to keep calm in times of pressure.
