In this role, a typical day will look like:

Month End Close Activities, Working Capital Management

BSB ( Revenue, Booking) including reco with TB Closure of AR- Application of Cash, AR Follow up with sales Team, Provision for Doubtful debts, Unapplied Cash. Warranty Provision EMD Provision Accruals Inventory Management Statutory Tax ( Including GST, Income Tax, TDS & Other tax applicable) Cross charge Invoice follow up & Issuance Prepare and Publish BG , Cash compliance , supplementary report and QOD report on quarterly basis. Prepare and publish Geo booking , Geo backlog and Geo sales by last fisical Saturday of the month Deferred Revenue and Deferred COGS reconciliation to be completed before MIS submission Upload oracle TB in OneStrem and Do the mapping Prepare FX gain & loss JE and send Balance confirmation mail to counter party .

Branch TB

Complete all month end entries in Tally before submitting MIS. MIS report and Tally should match every month. Pass a AP, AR , Issues Invoice in relation to OTT Branch Calculation of TDS and other Statutory tax applicability

Audits , Risk & Compliance

Stat Audit- This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and complete records, and preparing reports for submission to external auditors. Ensure audit is completed as per the agreed timeline with auditors. Complete all the stat audit schedules before auditors start the audit. Work on ICFR Audit. Internal audit. Account recs - Ensure all account recs is completed by week three of next month in blackline.
