Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and test software emulation products, including accurate C/C++ models of CPUs and typical devices in modern SoCs.

  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of current tools, languages, and processes to support the design, implementation, and release of software products and features.

  • Bring up the latest versions of Linux and Android software on SoC models.

  • Develop Verilog test benches and integrate SoC models with HW descriptions of customer products.

  • Participate in all phases of product development, including specifications, design, scheduling, code reviews, implementation, testing, documentation, and product maintenance.

  • Independently test, benchmark, and address product issues; extend and maintain product functionality as required.

  • Interface with other developers and teams to handle interdependencies of project tasks and address flow integration issues.

Job Qualifications :

  • B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from a premier institute with 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in C/C++ within a Linux environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with exposure to the product development life cycle.

  • Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms. Knowledge of CPU/Processor Architecture.

  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as shell scripts and Python.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with management, colleagues, and other teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge or exposure to assembly languages, ARM processor architecture, Verilog, SystemC, and functional verification tools like QuestaSim or Veloce.

  • Experience with simulation/emulation environments or FPGA-based platforms.
