Description

Responsible for candidate generation/sourcing.

ü Executes to the scheduling and coordination goals laid out. Responsible for the logistics for interviews / events with accuracy and within SLA. This includes, but not limited to, communication to candidates and interview team, invites, interview schedules, travel and lodging, etc.

ü Owns and actively manages all job postings and current position updates

ü Produces timely reports on candidate pipelines, funnel conversions, open requisitions for recruiters, hiring teams, and manager by pulling data from recruiting systems.

ü Possesses deep understanding of applicant tracking systems. Successfully tracks candidates in the system. Ensures all data is accurate across all systems on a consistent and compliant basis.

ü Ensures quality recruiting experience for candidates from start to finish. Advocates for the candidate experience and maintains consistent communication and moves each candidate through the interview process in a timely fashion and within SLA. Ensures all loops are closed for candidates they are responsible for regardless of outcome.

ü Participates in candidate debriefs and adds value to debriefs by providing data based insights on candidates.

ü Actively monitors current business events and applies professional knowledge to complex situations in regards to days to fill issues, niche roles, partnership with clients to build trusted advisor accountability.

ü Demonstrated ability to improve, modify, and/or implement processes with little or no guidance

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ months of human resources experience

  • 6+ months of customer service experience

  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

  • High school or equivalent

  • Experience in confidential environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of human resources experience

  • 1+ years of customer service experience

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
