Our Sales team love building relationships, connecting with customers to sell our much-loved brands in new and vibrant markets where they can thrive. They help sell 6.5 billion litres of our iconic brands across 180 countries every year.

About the Role

As a Key Account Manager - B2B, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key B2B customers, including corporate entities and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). You will focus on high-potential sectors such and primary objective will be to drive business growth, particularly through our Reserve brands, by creating new opportunities and executing strategic sales plans.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B strategy that aligns with company objectives, focusing on sales volume growth, profit margin improvement, and market share increase tailored to diverse customer segments within the B2B channel, with a strong focus on Reserve brands.

  • Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with key B2B customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Utilize market insights, industry knowledge, and best practices to develop B2B programs that resonate with target consumers and drive sales.

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the presentation and visibility of our brands in B2B channel.

  • Manage the B2B (A&P) budget effectively

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or trade marketing, preferably in the alcohol beverage industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

  • Experience managing A&P budgets and developing promotional programs.

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

  • In-depth understanding of the corporate gifting market and trends.

  • Experience managing and developing a high-performing team.
