Abbott Key Account Manager - Ethical in Bangkok, Thailand

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

  • Drive growth of Abbott Nutrition products through the development of strategic partnerships with key hospital accounts that build long-term and sustainable business partnerships with strategically important accounts and boost brand loyalty and advocacy.

  • Develop a deep understanding and relationship of all key account stakeholders and decision-makers at the executive level, develop strategy and concise engagement plans for key accounts that bring added value to the customer and Abbott

  • Create and implement value creation programs that support long-term hospital partnerships with Abbott

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leverage business analytics and customer insights to conduct on-going analysis of growth potential throughout the territory and create an omnichannel engagement strategy to influence customers/stakeholders to exclusively partner with, support, invest in, and stock Abbott products (Mapping the market)

  • Builds strategic relationships with KOLs and hospital stakeholders across channels and platforms.

  • Be the main communications link and serve as the contact person with that customer on all issues.

  • Understand customer’s current and future needs and foster innovation to find new ways to serve customers. understand competitor activity and develop customer retention strategies under compliance regulation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Analytics, Training, SFE) to plan and execute brand and account strategy at the national/regional level and improve the quality of customer insights

  • Conduct strategic negotiations with key account decision-makers and stakeholders across the territory to achieve win-win solutions that deliver unique value to key account organizations and drive long-term, profitable results for Abbott brands (Reduce sales cost)​

  • Use Hospital Partnership to drive the Hospital Portfolio to higher sales and profits for account and Abbott

  • Outperform competition in -hospital value and volume share , partnership and product portfolio placement to establish brands’ superiority at Key Account level

  • Work with regional stakeholders and sales team to drive organisational policies and procedures for contracting, distribution and secure placement of Abbott Nutrition products, implementing solutions to prevent loses

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree

  • At least 3 years experienced in key account management in hospital channel

  • Strong business insight skills

  • Ability to translate key account strategy into financial outcomes, KPIs, and coordinated activities across the account team

  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional partners
