Qualifications:
Thai Nationality,
Bachelor’s degree any field.
Experience in auditor, certification or technical in CB or TIS business.
Possessing ISO140001, ISO90001, ISO17021, Lead Auditor or product development will be a plus
Good command of spoken and written in English with computer literacy
Good communication, analytical skill, negotiation, presentation and persuasion skills, service-minded
Must have own car.
Responsible:
Technical Manager reports to the Certification Production Manager(Non-Food Sceme). Responsibilities as follows:
To preserve independence, the Technical Manager is recommended not to be responsible for any Marketing, Sales,
and Commercial or Production activities;
To be responsible for the certification integrity (Certificate Decisions) of the local certification entity;
To ensure CER MS is complied with for all certification activities;
To liaise with CER Technical Director regarding proposed changes to CER MS on design and implementation;
To maintain updated the records and database (Global Auditor Database) with qualification & experience of
Auditors, Lead Auditors and Specialists within their area, who are allocated to deliver BVC contracts, and to ensure
that only personnel approved through Global Auditor Database are employed upon such activities;
To ensure appropriate training of all personnel within their area and in accordance with the CER MS;
To undertake internal compliance audits of the CER MS and certification activity within their area in accordance
with the formal internal audit schedule;
Depending on severity, to report to the Technical Director complaints received relevant to Bureau Veritas
Certification activities within his area;
To report to CER BLmatters relating to the suspension or withdrawal of certificates;
To appoint technical reviewers in their local certification entities.
To assess competence of individuals against established criteria for different products.
