iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Ethics and Business Integrity & Third Party Risk Management Specialist VIE in our Ethics and Business Integrity Risk Management & Third Party Risk Management team (EBI TRPM) you’ll establishing and driving the Strategical “Control Tower” of an effective third-party risk management program to safeguard Sanofi against potential risks arising from external Business Partners & in the implementation of the EBI risk management framework globally at Sanofi.

Main responsibilities :

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Cross-Functional

  • Support the EBI TPRM team in managing third-party risks to protect Sanofi from potential issues with external partners.

  • Work closely with various departments to develop and implement a risk management framework for all stages of a third party's lifecycle.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.

Ethics & Business Integrity (EBI) Risk Management

  • Assist the EBI RM Team in implementing a global EBI risk management framework.

  • Develop and apply an efficient EBI Risk Assessment methodology integrated with Sanofi's Risk Management Methodology, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry guidelines.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) - Business Development (BD) - Divestment (Background Checks)

  • Support the EBI TPRM team in M&A, divestment, and partnering/BD processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Corporate Security, Data Privacy, Legal Transactions, and other functions.

About you

Experience :

  • Professional experience in risk management or other related field.

  • Experience in pharma environment would be an asset.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Highly analytical and detailed while investigating and researching.

  • Excellent ability to interpret legal/business terms and concepts quickly.

  • Advanced in Excel and preferably in PowerBI.

  • Knowledge of data sources (e.g. Coupa, Tactive).

  • Experience in collaboration with international and global teams handle confidential data with the utmost discretion and integrity, ensuring the security and privacy of sensitive information.

  • Digital savvy.

Education :

  • Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field.

Languages :

  • Fluent English & French, Spanish is an asset.
