Shipping Coordinator EMEA

Key Responsabilities

• Shipment and shipment cost creation for all EMEA destinations, all Incoterms,

• Shipments of products under CITES and SWISSMEDIC regulations,

• Creation and control of transport documentation,

• Creation, control, and correction of the electronic customs slip (EDEC) for Switzerland shipments,

• Management of the preparation of shipments with internal partners,

• Management and follow-up of shipments with freight forwarders and carriers, all incoterms,

• Information to affiliates and Customer Care on shipment status,

• Problems solving related to transport issues,

• Other different administrative tasks,

• Monitoring and updating department procedures and SOP’s. Writing, formatting, validation for ISO 9001,

• Continues improvement and optimization of transport department processes.
