Reeb Millwork Corporation Assembler III in Barclay, Maryland

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Using kitted frame parts and prepped doors, assemble custom door units
  • Prep material for assembly using exact measurements
  • Operate several different saws to cut material
  • Read work orders to assure accuracy of assembly
  • Make necessary repairs or adjustments to assure quality
  • Meet standards for quality as set forth by the company
  • Complete the quality product label
  • Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards
  • Assure proper housekeeping and organization
  • Strive to meet team efficiencies for production without compromising quality
  • Use power tools for special door prep
  • May be required to cut float glass for transoms
  • Apply special hardware, such as Bommer hinges, spring pivot hinges, multi-point locks and panic hardware
  • May be required to operate a CNC machine or other automated machinery for production
  • Ability to cut down doors to customer's specifications
  • Abide by proper standard of work procedures and safety standards when operating hand tools and other machines or tools
  • Notify supervisor immediately upon tools or machine not working properly or unsafe to use.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Starting Pay based on Experience: $20 - $24/HR
