Your Role

The Air Logistics Specialist is responsible for creating the documentation, according to the customer's specifications, to pick up or move the cargo.

Your Responsibilities

• Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.

• Attend to training.

• Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.

• Good communications skills.

• Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.

• Achieve productivity and quality.

• The schedule we offer: Sunday to Thursday 7:45am to 4:45pm 100% on-site

Your Skills and Experiences

• High school diploma.

• Experience in logistics is required.

• Intermediate English level – written and oral.

• Intermediate Excel level.

• Typing skills (25wpm).

• Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.

• Quality oriented.

• Team Player.
