ROLE PURPOSE

Due to an exciting time of growth, we are looking for a Talent Management Administrator to join our team. This role will support the Global Head of Organisational Development by using complex database management skills and tools and utilising the resulting information for action planning and improvement, as well as reporting on Talent and Organisational Development processes, which include Talent and Succession, Learning, and Development, Performance Management, and Compliance and Recruitment. The data will support the OD department in implementing the best possible processes to deliver business value to the business.

Additionally, the role will support and manage the recruitment throughout EMEA and our International Business HQ regions for various departments in the organisation ranging from Engineering (hardware and software), Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and HR functions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES – OD/Learning

  • Support the Head of OD to administer and continuously improve the performance management process, including drafting communication, analysing data, and reporting.

  • Monitor and analyse the progress of the companywide talent and succession planning process and metrics, and report on the development of functional/regional action plans, while administering companywide engagement activities.

  • Administer Learning and Development activities; arrange course scheduling, enrolment, attendance tracking, reporting, and assist with content management.

  • Analyse and produce reports on relevant hiring metrics such as Time to Hire, Cost to Hire, Offer acceptance rate, Candidate experience, Quality of Hire etc.

  • Monitor and manage the Talent systems and help users with resolving their queries.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES – Recruitment

  • Work closely with Recruiters responsible for Europe and Head Office and provide support by searching for candidates, conducting screening activities (CV screening and phone/video call screening) against the role requirements, and assisting with scheduling interviews and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.

  • Keep track of roles and candidates using our applicant tracking system.

  • Create and run reports at various intervals for live requisitions.

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication (writing proficiency is important), and presentation skills.

  • Skilled in the use of the Microsoft Office suite

  • Hands-on agency or in-house recruitment experience

  • Skilled in the use of key tools including LinkedIn, Job Boards, and ATS software.

  • IT literate - able to learn new systems and use social media.

  • Advanced data manipulation (using MS Excel) and data analysis skills.

  • Ability to research a subject, analyse data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.

  • Detail-orientated and conscientious approach to work.

  • Capable of managing multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.

  • Willingness to work on key projects with a drive to continuously improve the Talent Acquisition function.
