What a typical day as a Warehouse Coordinator might look like:

Responsibilities:

l Enter and track departmental information and process performance using various spreadsheets and database PC programs.

l Prepare and maintain documents, files, databases, and records such as standard operating procedures (SOP) and batch records.

l Maintain warehouse operations, such as inventory control and ordering supplies and equipment as required.

l Systems Administrator for training records in department.

l Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple functional areas. Computer skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access.

l May perform other duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Qualifications:

l Basic knowledge of cGMP manufacturing in the areas of cell culture, purification, and buffer/ media preparations.

l Demonstrated understanding and compliance to Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Knowledge of basic chemical and biological safety procedures.

l Thorough working understanding and application of quality and business systems, for example: document/ batch record control, inventory control, and training, et. al. Must have the ability to correctly complete high school-level mathematics.

l Incumbent must be proficient in a variety of mathematical disciplines and be able to work with both the metric and USA standards of measurement.

l Must be able to read and follow detailed written instructions and have good verbal/written communication skills.

l Must be able to read, write, and converse in English.

l Must be able to navigate, conduct searches, and fill on line forms on Personal Computer for the purposes of training, performance management, and self service applications.

l Must have the ability to navigate electronic mail systems and intranet for communication purposes. Basic word processing skills.

l Basic spreadsheet skills.

l Basic typing skills.

l Good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.

l Must have the following personal attributes: integrity and trust, work ethic, sound judgment, intellectual honesty, pragmatism, courage and conviction.

l Must have passion to innovate and drive for solutions.

l Must display personal accountability for results and integrity.

l Must display eagerness to learn and continuously improve.

l Must have uncompromising dedication to quality.

l Must have relentless focus on rapid and disciplined action.

l Must have respect for individuals and the diverse contributions of all. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent required.

l Bachelor degree preferred.

l Minimum 2-4 years of experience.
