Key Purpose:

1. Assist technologist for trial management, analysis registration & charge out activity.

2. Prepare kitchen samples as per recipe established by product technologist, as per agreed timing.

3. Assist in inventory management and disposal expired trial material.

4. Support for raw material request, packing samples and courier delivery.

5. Assist in conduct tasting, triangle & profiling test and keeping quality (KQT) of trial products.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Science related field (Food science and technology, Biochemistry or etc).

2. Minimum working experience of 3- 5 years

Preferred Requirements:

1. Experience in Food manufacturing/R&D will be an advantage.

2. Able to take initiative and work in a dynamic team environment.
