Job Summary:

As an Early Career Talent Partner, you will assist in developing and implementing the Campus Recruiting Strategy & Execution tailored to the Malaysian market. You will provide direction, support, and guidance to the recruiting team, ensuring local and strategic university campus recruiting programs are established and implemented effectively to hire quality and quantity of graduate and undergraduate candidates as set by firm and national leadership.

Your New Roles:

University Relations and Early Career Recruitment:

• Initiate and build strong relationships with Malaysian universities.

• Monitor and manage the entire recruiting lifecycle at universities.

• Collaborate with internal and external team members to drive the workforce development strategy.

• Align with global university engagement and recruiting strategies.

• Provide subject matter advice and recommendations to business leaders and develop methodologies for hiring and retaining graduates.

• Develop and execute presentations, career fairs, and participate in campus interviews.

Analytics:

• Assist the team in drawing insights and making data-driven decisions by utilizing analytics to assess campus recruiting data.

• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure data maintenance and integrity.

Branding and Innovation:

• Enhance the candidate brand experience by leveraging social media, video marketing, and other digital tools and teams.

• Strengthen the company's employment and talent brand.

• Participate in taskforces conducting innovative campus engagement events.

Advising Business:

• Assess client needs, educate them on the campus landscape, and set realistic expectations based on market intelligence gathered.

Stakeholder Management:

• Achieve goals by collaborating with extended work teams, peer teams, and business leads amidst multiple demands.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of the Malaysian educational landscape and labor market.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with universities and other stakeholders.

• Experience in campus recruitment and workforce development.

• Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making.

• Commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in hiring practices.

• Proficiency with social media and digital marketing tools.
