Sr Planner-Semiconductor OSAT operations Planner I

Job Description

1. Manage & drive OSATs delivery performance & inventory /WIP status.

2. Work with OSATs support Renesas business requirement/expectation.

3. OSAT strategy management (identify constraint , propose solution and execute plan)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage die loading to subcons

2. Manage assembly & test subcons performance.

3. Raw material management

4. Wip management

5. On time delivery & cycle time

6. Manage subcon monthly forecast commited allocation & negotiation

7. Follow up monthly subcon forecast commit respond within timeline given.

8. Negotiate sufficient subcon capacity allocation to meet BU forecast revenue ship plan. Escalate for help when require.

9. Monitor actual loading & forecast attainment.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.

• Preferable with supply chain planning experience with semiconductor manufacturing background.

• Be able to work & communicate well with OSATs .

• Be able to work independently with less supervision.

• Be agile in respond to change in timely manner. Recognize the situation, make decision & act with velocity.

• Willing to take challenge with positive attitude
