Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Treasury Analyst role in Beachwood, Ohio. This position involves lower-level staff accounting tasks within a large-sized company with multiple entities. The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating multiple systems and will primarily utilize SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Perform treasury roles including bank reconciliation tasks

• Utilize strong bank reconciliation skills to ensure accurate financial records

• Assist in month-end close processes

• Leverage banking experience to optimize processes and functions

• Employ software skills, particularly with SAP, to manage and analyze financial data

• Navigate through multiple systems comfortably, particularly in a larger company setting

• Handle accounting functions efficiently and accurately

• Manage cash activity and budget processes using enterprise resource planning tools

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist in maintaining the management system

• Use Crystal Reports to generate, analyze, and present data and financial reports. Requirements • Proficiency in using Crystal Reports for data analysis and report generation

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline business processes

• Knowledge of Management Systems and their application in business operations

• Understanding of Accounting Functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting

• Familiarity with Budget Processes and the ability to contribute to financial planning

• Experience in managing Cash Activity and maintaining proper documentation for the same

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate

• Experience in performing Monthly Bank Reconciliation

• Proficiency in using SAP for various business operations such as financial accounting and controlling, production planning, and materials management.
