Conn's HomePlus Specialist, RSA & Warranty in Beaumont, Texas
Overview – The Specialist is responsible for processing service orders for billing the manufacturer warranty and extended warranty programs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and transmit warranty billing claims for each manufacturer.
Process warranty claims for repairs conducted by third party servicers.
Calculate and process extended warranty cancellations for warranties purchased more than 30 days from point of sale.
Assist Supervisor with claim corrections.
Reconcile Service Call Center customer refunds.
Required Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in Data Entry or related experience.
Preferred Experience
- Warranty claims and/or service and repair experience.
Skills & Ability
Willingness to learn about new products and processes.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
High attention to detail dealing with complicated tasks.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in an office environment.
May require prolonged periods of sitting/stand.
