DAIRY FARMERS OF AMERICA INC Condenser/Evaporator Operator in BEAVER, Utah
General Purpose: All duties related to operation and cleanup of condenser pasteurizer and milk separator to include: Duties and Responsibilities: * Maintain finished product to required specifications * Load out finished condense and scale* Load out finished Cream and scale * Perform butter fat and solids test * CIP finished product silo's * Maintain security seal program on all finished product loads and storage area * Sanitation through condense area * Help cheese operation when time permits * SAP systems * Follow all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Perform on the job training
- Able and willing to use required safety equipment
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Must be able to read and write English
- Work 12-hour shifts
