Nike Digital Marketing Lead, Women's Flagship North America in Beaverton, Oregon

The NA Digital Marketing offense delivers disruptive digital strategies to maximize brand concepts in service of our greater vision of making athlete dreams real.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a NA Digital Marketing Lead who will lead fresh & distinctive digital strategies and plans that expand Nike’s brand connection & influence across Women’s. This role will be a key player on our Flagship Experiences team and play a critical role in how we show up for the consumer within our most visible and highly trafficked platforms, Nike.com and Nike App. This position will be a key component to how we serve consumers across our most visible pages and define new and effective ways to bring brand stories to life, achieve business priorities, and explore new ways to engage, grow and retain members.

The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about sport and has a strong vision for how Nike can cultivate innovation and inspiration, on-platform and off-platform. Deep digital marketing experience and calculated risk-taking is key to thriving in this role, as is a deep understanding of the consumer.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will develop consumer journeys aligned to seasonal strategies and goals. You will be responsible for end-to-end planning and programming of various content on Nike.com and Nike App, including developing creative briefs, defining the linking strategy, reviewing creative and providing feedback based on best practices and insights. In partnership with our production and authoring teams, you will work to ensure content is QA’d and scheduled to ensure launch dates are met with flawless execution.

You will leverage data and analytics to optimize the consumer journey and drive engagement and retention. You will help inform the content creation process with in-season learnings to develop channel right creative assets and copy. You will be a positive influence, advocate, partner and collaborator across categories and functional partners of Nike.com and the Nike App.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As part of North America Digital Marketing team your mission will be focused on delivering consumer centric experiences built around the needs of the athlete* & at the pace of sport. You will be a key contributor into a multi-pronged digital marketing strategy that crosses teams throughout the organization. You will work with key partners throughout the content briefing and publishing process including: Digital channels, digital brand, membership, business, operations, authoring, and analytics teams. You will directly report to the NA Digital Marketing Director, Flagship Experiences and work daily with the Flagship Experiences, Women’s Specialist.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

You will bring a desire to be part of a fast-paced, high energy, skilled team of digital marketers who have a passion for sport and crafting meaningful connections between consumers and the Nike brand. You have a strong understanding of digital marketing/storytelling and sport culture.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training

  • 5+ years of experience driving Digital Marketing at a global, geo and/or city level

  • Expertise and knowledge of the culture, athlete mindset, and a genuine excitement and passion for your field of play

  • Strong understanding of full funnel digital marketing strategies and how to collaborate with brand, creative, paid media, retail, social & comms

  • Strong analytical skills and proven capability to use data to drive business & marketing decisions

  • Effective communicator, both written and verbally

  • Great interpersonal skills and teamwork mentality and ability to work well with many different specialists

  • Experience managing agencies and third-party vendors

  • A strong sense of personal accountability, a bias for action, and an ability to work autonomously
