Robert Half Director of Marketing in Bedminster, New Jersey

Description We are in the process of expanding our team in Bedminster, New Jersey, with the addition of a Director of Marketing. The primary function of this role is to enhance our digital presence and deepen relationships with clients through innovative strategies. This role is within the marketing industry, with a focus on digital engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement multichannel communication and digital engagement strategies.

• Leverage the latest technologies and platforms to optimize user experience.

• Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Provide creative direction and curate compelling content across all digital channels.

• Implement and manage SEO strategy to increase visibility and organic search rankings.

• Establish and monitor KPIs for content effectiveness, adapting strategies as needed.

• Identify and integrate new tools and platforms to enhance the digital experience for clients.

• Oversee the digital content calendar, marketing budget, and resources to ensure optimal ROI.

• Supervise a CRM Systems and Process Manager to ensure effective customer relationship management.

• Drive online visibility, customer/member engagement, and revenue growth while building a compelling brand identity. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role

• Proficiency in CRM and database management is essential

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is required

• Experience working with Facebook Insights and Google AdWords is necessary

• Expertise in developing and managing advertisements and campaigns

• Proven track record of increasing brand awareness through strategic planning

• Experience in campaign planning and execution

• Knowledge in collateral management is a must

• Understanding of design controls is required

• Experience in working with a digital agency is preferred

• Strong background in digital marketing and web development

• Proficiency in social media management and understanding of various social media channels

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to marketing strategies
