Description and Requirements

Key responsibilities:

• Credit risk and bad debt control for Lenovo overseas business in Brazil.

• Conduct thorough credit worthiness assessment on local customers, especially future cash flow and default risk.

• Make credit decision recommendations on credit limit and payment term applications.

• Work out risk mitigation solutions including collateral, securities and credit insurance to control bad debt.

• Monitor customers payments collections, resolve overdue, recover default loss.

• Daily communication and negotiation with external partners like banks, insures, credit agencies.

• Interact with relative functions teams to obtain information related to sales forecast and business dynamic.

• Research wider economies, sovereign risks, industry trends and how they affect customers' credit standing.

• Assist in customers financing program, Compliance Check, contribute to Lenovo cash flow.

• Provide comprehensive credit/risk analysis and proposal for senior management team for prudent business decision making.

• Interlock with customers, sales, supply chain, A/R, finance teams for smooth daily business support, and risk under control.

Qualifications & skills required:

• Master degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting related area.

• The credit/risk/accounting related working experience are preferred.

• Excellent writing and speaking skills in English.

• 2nd foreign language skill – Portuguese is preferred.

• Strong ability of communication and handling pressure.

• Detail-oriented with a solid knowledge of financial analysis.

• Self-motivated and with teamwork spirit.
