Job Description Summary
As the Regional Logistic Leader, you will lead the equipment and service parts regional Fulfillment and Logistics organization, and be responsible for delivery of new and aftermarket support to regional customers. Includes management of last mile transportation within the region (both new equipment and service parts), inbound transportation of raw materials to manufacturing, finished goods to distribution, service parts into the region, regional service fulfillment operations and customer solutions, and management of regional distribution centers. Responsible for daily operations and escalations, deployment of lean operating principles, standard work and global process adherence, digital tools, and GEHC strategic initiatives.

Job Description
Essential responsibilities:
Design and implement the organizational structure required to deploy GEHC strategy. Standardize roles and responsibilities across Service and Equipment Fulfillment, Logistics, and Distribution In the region. Support global standardization.
Influence and coordinate across the matrixed organization supporting the role of the region, the segment, and the central functions In line with the global GEHC operating model.
Cross functional leadership with scope Including customer fulfillment, international transportation, domestic transportation, and distribution supporting the region and the global network.
Meet financial operating plans and VCP targets related to transportation and distribution performance and accountability.
Maintain and develop relationships with incumbent, new, and perspective logistics and warehousing service providers.
Overcome roadblocks to ensure delivery Is mad In line with internal and external customers' requirements.
Deploy standardization of transportation and warehousing processes across the region and global network.
Develop, coach, and lead high functioning teams of subject matter experts In the Logistics & Fulfillment functions.
Manage customs related Initiatives and operations.
Support customs related Initiatives and operations, working closely w the global trade compliance team.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree In Logistics, Supply Chain or Engineering.
Minimum 12+ years of experience working In operations, customer fulfillment, logistics, materials management, distribution, trade compliance, logistics sourcing, or supply chain management.
Willing to travel regionally up to 25% of time.
Proven leadership skills including the ability to motivate cross functional & International teams to achieve business goals, solve complex problems, and drive change at all levels of the organization.
Strong business acumen, Including a financial background.
Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to Interface with employees and stakeholders at all levels.

Desired Characteristic:
MBA or master's degree.
