BorgWarner Inc. Facility Supervisor in Beijing, China
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for new, renovation and improvement projects of Facility and Utility Systems, work on all steps including pre-construction, on construction, as-built acceptance and after handover period.
Monitor and make good control of projects to ensure safety and quality, meanwhile meet budget and schedule objectives.
Check contractor fabrication quality and provide guideline for modification if necessary.
Follow up with contractors and vendors to verify process and quality of construction.
Lead Energy management systems, lead related duties for responsible areas.
Other related work.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor or above Degree.
At least 5 years in Facility and Utility Systems, prefer new plant set up experience.
Strong capability of drawing comprehension.
Strong mechanical, civil or electrical background.
Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, CAD.
Good presentation skills and communication skills.
Good organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Fair in written English.
Knowledge with IATF16949, ISO50001.
