Since Bing launched in June of 2009, the search world has changed for the better. Bing Whole Page and Answers team is responsible for creating Bing search result page experiences that increase user retention and engagement. With the launch of all new, AI-powered Bing, we reinvented search and play a key role on refreshing search experience, trying to make Bing search more visual and engaging.

Now we are looking for strong full stack engineer to join our fun and challenging journey , and work with us to come up with best features on Bing Search page. As a member in Bing Whole Page and Answers team, you live on the front end of our products and features used by millions of people every day. You will have an opportunity to make a huge difference not only to Microsoft’s online business, but to enhance search experience to allow everyone to find the information they need. Responsibilities

• Design and efficiently implement high quality software features

• Analyze the results of A/B experiments and make informed decisions on user impact

• Generate new feature ideas for increasing user awareness and engagement through competitive analysis and user insights

• Maintain and improve our service monitors and user dashboards, ensuring proper tracking of user metrics

• Work effectively with peer engineers, designers, and program managers to maintain team’s agility

• Partner with other teams in different countries to achieve fast collaboration and agile development

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent required

• 5+ years of experience in web development with JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS and/or Web Components

• 5+ years of software development experience with proficiency in C# or C/C++ Great design, problem solving, and data analysis skills, with demonstrated passion for quality, performance, and engineering excellence

• Comprehensive experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches

• Motivated and able to work independently as well in a collaborative team setting to research innovative solutions to challenging technical/business problems

• Good communication skills in English
