PARKING FACILITIES MAINTENANCE PORTER
Full-Time Position
4 Locations in Bellevue Area
Must have own transportation
$25 PER HOUR

Responsibilities and Duties: this is a maintenance position.
Cleaning is required (sweeping, trash pickup, scrubbing, etc. of parking garage and surface lots)Highly appeasing individual with a service mentality
Courteous and friendly
Able to communicate effectively
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to drive a golf cart and have a valid DL
Qualifications and Skills for Parking Facility Maintenance:
1 year of Customer Service & cleaning experience is preferred
High School education or equivalent
Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
Must have valid DL
Must have a vehicle to drive to locations.
