Senior Manager of Product Management of Wholesale located in Bellevue, WA will be responsible for leading a team of product managers developing business and product requirements, writing product specifications, driving product development for new initiatives and enhancements, making appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market and desired outcomes throughout the organization. Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Team: Effectively organizes teams, coaches and develops individuals, and builds strong cross-functional relationships in order to deliver on their business objectives Product strategy and vision: Create and effectively champion a data-driven and market-informed product vision and strategy. Product roadmap definition: Develop a product feature and release roadmap based on in-depth data analysis, a clear understanding of the end user needs Product lifecycle management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products through conception, product/market fit, growth and retirement Prioritization: Effectively design project plans based on priorities, set clear/measurable objectives and deploy team resources appropriately to achieve business goals Learning & Development: Actively drive development of the team to ensure we have the best product team within T-Mobile Partnerships: Build strong partnerships with direct stakeholders and parallel business units through collaboration and the creation of fantastic experiences that align with business and user goals Skill requirements: Experience as a Product Manager in software/hardware and telecommunication network technologies with a focus on technical product management and/or product development. Strong understanding of data services and products. Experience with wireless network products/services. Experience with creating product requirements and driving solution design and architecture in an agile environment. Experience with enterprise wholesale billing platforms. IoT/MVNO product experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey business and technical concepts to subject matter experts and non-technical professionals. Ability to influence, lead and coach cross functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas. Experience with Agile tools and methodology. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related. Master's/Advanced Degree in Business Administration Required. Work Experience: 10+ years Technical Product Management. 5+ years of experience mentoring and coaching as well as recruiting and retaining talented individuals. 5+ years of Cross-functional experience influencing diverse groups to support customers. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Product Lifecycle Management Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives. (Required) Communication Proven ability to communicate with Leadership effectively, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders.
