Senior Software Development Engineer (Multiple Positions), Tesla, Inc., Bellevue, WA:
Design and develop of software for Tesla's present and future Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Develop highly complex applications to streamline business operations and improve overall user experience. Work with engineering groups from various functional domains to provide business benefits to both internal and external stakeholders. Design and develop new modules on the home-grown ERP application Warp, which is used to plan, procure, and produce cars. Develop scalable solutions using tools like React, NodeJS, Java, Python, MySQL, and other open stack frameworks. Analyze all aspects, business and technical, of the applications supported. Contribute towards the timely completion of development tasks and small projects while applying company standards. Continually learn and apply relevant software development practices, patterns, tools and technologies. Support efforts to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Full time employment, Monday -- Friday, 40 hours per week, $155,481.27 per year.
* ***MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
**Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
Must have academic background, internship, and/or work experience in:
- Application Programming Interfaces (APIs);
- Object Oriented Programming and Design (OOP&D);
- Object Relational Mapping (ORM);
- Frontend development using: JavaScript, or React;
- Backend development using: Java, or Python;
- Relational databases including: MySQL, or NoSQL;
- Agile Development; and
- Distributed Source Control using: Git, or Bitbucket.
