Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Strategic messaging and framework development: Craft and refine a messaging framework and strategy that is aligned with GE Healthcare's business objectives.

  2. Content strategy and editorial: Utilize insights from product milestones, scientific breakthroughs, and research to create an editorial calendar across multiple external channels that drives compelling narratives targeted to our customers and that contribute to achieving our strategic goals.

  3. Executive thought leadership: Lead the creation of high-impact, customer-specific communications for senior executives, including keynote speeches, speaking engagements, and assets across digital platforms separate from media engagements, media pitching, and earned media activities.

  4. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with teams across public relations, public policy, investor relations, sales, and marketing to amplify our key messages and expand our content's reach to customer audiences.

  5. Product and solution evangelism: Partner with senior and product leaders as well as evangelists to boost the adoption of GE Healthcare solutions through strategic content initiatives.

  6. Communication excellence: Elevate the quality of business documentation, messaging, and presentations within GE Healthcare, fostering a culture of excellence and precision in all forms of writing and marketing.

  7. SEO leadership: Oversee and direct the search engine optimization (SEO) strategy for STO, ensuring that tactical executions drive visibility and engagement.

Qualifications :

  • 15+ years professional experience with at least 3 years of combined experience in healthcare, technology, and strategic leadership.

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, mass communications, or related field. Graduate degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in a senior communications role, preferably within the technology, or a related sector.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies in complex and dynamic environments.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior management.

  • Expertise in content creation, corporate communications, and digital marketing strategies, including SEO.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $187,680.00-$281,520.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
